• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings.

Payments

Payments for subscriptions are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We accept major credit cards and other methods as listed during checkout.

Donations

• Minimum: 4.99 AUD for custom donations.

Cancellations

You may cancel subscriptions at any time via account settings.

• No Partial Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of the billing period.
• Payments: Non-cancelable once processed.
• Termination by Us: We may terminate for violations (e.g., misuse), with or without notice.

Refunds

Subscriptions and donations are non-refundable except as required by law (e.g., cooling-off periods in certain jurisdictions).

• Exceptions: Refunds for billing errors or unauthorized charges, processed within 30 days.
• Process: Contact support with proof; refunds to original payment method.

By using the Ohody Shop Community pages (including the customer profile, Espaces, Digital Library, game and chat), you agree to the following:

Customer Profile & Social Media Links

You may choose to share one social media link (Facebook, YouTube or Instagram) on your customer profile page. When you click “Share!”, you confirm that:
- The link belongs to you or your official profile/page
- You grant OHODY PTY LTD permission to display the link visibly to other logged-in customers inside the Espaces community
- The link complies with all applicable laws and does not contain spam, illegal, hateful, or adult content

OHODY PTY LTD reserves the right to remove any shared link at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Community Conduct

You agree to use the community features respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to) harassment, spam, offensive language, sharing copyrighted material without permission, or any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other members.

Customer Levels & Points System

Customer levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and points earned in the library, game and chat are for informational and encouragement purposes only. They are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or discounts.
